God has defiantly been challenging the Berthon house with sickness it started 2 weeks ago when I came down with bronchitis and a sinus infection. Then last Wednesday night H-J started to run a fever of 104 and it all went downhill from there. Wednesday night was spent with H-J in the bathroom doing steam showers and also giving her Motrin and Tylenol every 4 hours. Thursday morning was spent at the dr. office running flu and rsv test (thankfully) both came back negative. I was told she would be fine with a little tlc and fluids well all day Thursday she ran an extremely high fever all day and again that night. Friday H-J woke up worse that she was the day before so back to the doctor’s office and this time she was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection / ear infection and a prescription of amoxicillin by Saturday her fever was down and all was looking better. Saturday night Brian started to cough extremely bad and started to run a high fever as well. So Brian is now home from work and going to the doctor’s office and hopefully will be on the mend soon. I did take a picture of my precious little girl this weekend.
