Shhhhhhhh I am on the Phone

I am just so blessed to have 3 beautiful girls, and no matter how little sleep I get and how many tantrums that they will through, no matter how many dirty diapers I change in a day, by the end of the day these 3 little girls are the reason that I live, breath and get out of bed.

We have been going through a class at our church called the Legacy Class and it has to deal with dedicating your children but most of all it deals with how to be a family and how to create a family value that we will live by and it really has me thinking about how we want to raise our girls, what we want them to learn, and how God will play a part in our family.

As most family's we are so tired and busy that we never really sat at the table and ate as a family well one of the dedications that Brian and I have made it that we will sit at the table and have family dinner at least 2 times a week and it really truly does make a difference and it also one of my favorite times of the week, I look forward to the time that we can add Cheyanne and Izabella to our family dinners.

I am just so blessed and love how my life is playing out and at the end of the day

The New Me

So when I was trying to first get pregnant I had a dr. tell me that if I ever got pregnant I would be 300 pounds. Well when I got pregnant with Hannah-Joy I worked really hard and only gained 10 -12 pounds and she was 8 pounds when she was born.

When I found out I was pregnant with twins, for the first 4 and 1/2 months I was so sick that I worked hard at eating then I got a stomach bug that caused me to loose every pound that I had gained and then I got to the point that I had no room to eat, then I ended up being diabetic so it was crazy.  Well all in all I started my pregnancy and only gained 1 pound.  When I delivered the twins they were both 5 pounds so that was 10 pounds right there and I continued to loose.

I am happy to announce that 2 months post baby I am down almost 40 pounds and that is just an amazing feeling, I am going to do something I said I would never do and I am going to post pictures of me and only me. You wonder why I am choosing to do this on Valentine's Day well that's because me loosing weight and getting healthy is the best Valentine I can give to myself and my family.

This was me the morning I was delivering Hannah-Joy

This was taken 3 weeks before I delivered the Twins

This is me now and unfortunately this dress is huge on me but I can definitely
see a huge difference in me since this dress is a large and I was in a XXL

So Happy V-Day to myself and my family, I promise to continue to get healthy to be the Mom that I need to be to my 3 beautiful girls and also to be the wife that I can continue to be to Brian!

Not Feeling Well

It amazes me how when kids get sick they can go from bad to worse in a matter of hrs. Friday afternoon Hannah-Joy was spending some time with Grammy and Great Aunt DeeDee so that I could have a little time with just the twins. Well about 12:30 I get a call from DeeDee asking if I would take Hannah’s temp as she felt a little warm well it was 99.2 we waited 30 min and it was up to 100.2. One of the things that I am most grateful for is that Brian works for the pediatrician’s office and cam get us appointments in 10 min flat when most people would have to wait till the next day. But in all fairness I am not one of those parents that take’s the kids for everything they have to be really sick to call and ask for an appointment.

Well they said that it was just her allergies or a cold and sent us home but something inside me said no I do not believe that sine my kid never runs a fever unless she has either and ear infection or her Asthma is about to kick in and either way it is not fun. Well all weekend she ran a fever on and off and yesterday morning she woke up with the seal bark and I knew exactly what she had her Asthma was acting up. Well we did 3 treatments with her nebulizer and before we put her to bed she started to get worse and by 12:00 last night I knew we were either going to end up in the ER or the Pedi office early this morning luckily for us we already had some Alberturol in the house and Brian being an MA for the Pedi office would know what to do. Well lucky for us she got a little sleep and we took her in just to make sure that we were doing the right things and we were.

Well I looked over at her a few min ago and this is the picture that I saw and it just made my heart sad that my poor baby doesn’t feel good.

Praying for my baby on this miserable day.

I love you honey

H-J is doing amazing as being the BIG SISTER

After we had the twins, I was so excited for H-J to meet her new baby sisters and well lets just say that didn't go over well at all.

The first time she met her sisters she walked into the hospital room and took one look at the girls, her eyes got real big and then the tears started then she did something I totally did not expect she through her hands up in the air and smacked her hips and took off for the door.  If she could talk she would have said
"I was the perfect baby why did you go and have more"

This was Hannah-Joy the day we brought the girls home

This was Hannah-Joy yesterday she was feeding Bella
she loves to help and is becoming the best
big sister ever.
