Weight Loss Update

Wow its been a very busy few weeks, however with all of this I have found that I love getting in my workouts in the morning and then I am doing a nightly walk with the dogs at night.
On the weekends I usually hit the gym in the morning and then walk in the evening, during the week as you all know I have 3 kids and so I do not have time to go to the gym during the day plus I have no one to watch the babies so I have been doing some old school videos at home while the twins nap and Hannah-Joy plays in her play room. So I have been doing Sweatin' To The Oldies with Richard Simmons and I have to say I actually love it because it works every part of your body and I can do it in the privacy of my own home and I sing with the music and it's awesome. I actually a while back bought there 25th anniversary DVDs so I have 1, 2, 3 and disco oldies. But I am also loving that I get to have a 30 to 45 min walk by myself with the dogs in the evening while Brian hangs out at home.
I have been doing low carb and if I do have carbs I am very careful to make sure that I am not eating very many and I also only eat them at breakfast or lunch and I am eating snacks in between. I am just trying my best to hit that other 8 lbs that I need to be under 200 since I have not been that small since before I was married. But its not all about the weight as I have dropped a full dress size from a 18 to 16 so I am feeling really good about that, I am happy and look really good in a size 12 so if I am not at 160 I will be ok as long as I look good and feel healthy.
As I have said before I am doing this for no one other than myself so that I can be healthy for my kids. I have horrible arthritis and an auto amune disorder and so this is very hard for me as I do hurt after my workouts but I know that through all the hurt and pain there are 3 little girls that need me to be healthy and alive to take care of them. I also don't want to be the mom that just sits and does nothing as I want my kids to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
